Application

The due date for the 2024 applications is April 12, 2024.

A downloadable PDF of the application form will be made available on this page on or about April 1st of each year. The Foundation requests that each student compile the application materials in digital form and send them electronically to the Foundation Administrator, Lisa Bushman at lbushman@bordellaw.com . Alternatively, if a student does not have access to scanners or is otherwise unable to generate the application in digital format, the application may be mailed or delivered to the Foundation Administrator at the address below.

As a reminder, please note that this is a very highly competitive award. We ask that each school/applicant use discretion in ensuring only high quality student athletes meeting the Foundation’s rigorous criteria apply.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Complete* applications must be postmarked no later than April 12th. Incomplete applications will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the student applicant to ensure application completeness and communicate directly with the Foundation Administrator to confirm same PRIOR to the deadline.
